Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across Ireland and Northern Ireland (excluding islands).

Orders are delivered using the most suitable method depending on size and weight:

  • Parcel courier for smaller items

  • Pallet delivery for medium and heavy items

  • Specialist truck delivery for large or bulky products

Our drivers will deliver your order as close as safely possible to your property on firm ground. For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot carry goods inside buildings or across private property.

If your access is restricted or you need a specific delivery arrangement, please contact us before delivery.

Delivery Timeframes
For stocked products, delivery normally takes place within 2-3 working days of order confirmation, often sooner depending on your location and our delivery schedule. 

Receiving Your Order
You do not need to be present for standard deliveries unless a signature is required. Once your order has been delivered, responsibility transfers to you.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless your goods arrive damaged or faulty.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You may refuse delivery, or

  • Take photos and contact us within 48 hours

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost as quickly as possible.


Returns

If you change your mind:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are issued once goods are received and checked.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Perishable products.

  • Natural wood products with standard grain, knots, or variation
